Aunjanna Million Miss Black Ohio Talented Teen 2010Education/Career Accomplishments:

  • Freshman at Middletown High School taking advanced placement courses.
  • Vice President of freshman class and student government member.
  • Presidential Honor Roll Student with a 3.8 GPA.
  • Teachers Choice President of FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America)
  • Recruited Miami University Future Leaders of America Ambassador.
  • Academic qualifier to take the ACT/SAT in junior high school.
  • Voted to be the school newspaper sports editor.

Community Involvement, Special Honors:

  • Community Pregnancy Center Volunteer where I have volunteered for the past year giving back to the community by collecting items for needy teen mothers while empowering them to believe in themselves and make wise choices.
  • Young Phenomenal Women Community Liaison where I was recruited and selected to mentor to girls ages eighth grade to seniors while organizing community service and doing public speaking.
  • Lady Middies of Excellence where I was selected by teachers to join to organize Community Service such as collecting homecoming dresses for needy girls, organizing community carnivals and helping other young women build high self-esteem through my public speaking.
  • Advocate for disabled individuals where I help disabled people venture out into the community and become involved in social activities. By taking them to church, running errands with them and doing things together, they feel good about being included
  • Organized the American Cancer Society Jump Rope for Heart where we raised over $4,000.00
  • Youth Soccer Camp Coach Volunteer where I helped young girls learn the fundamentals of soccer over the course of a summer.
  • Organized the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer basketball game by helping to sell tickets and organize the half time entertainment.
  • Promoted the NAACP Celebrity Basketball Tournament as a fundraiser for scholarships.

Career and Life Ambition:

  • I will become a defense attorney in a court of law at the circuit court level with aspirations of becoming a supreme court judge.
  • I will continue to devote my life to being both a servant and a leader, striving to be the very best person that I can be.

Special Interest (Hobbies/Sports/Talents):

  • Varsity Soccer player serving in the forward position and currently being scouted by eleven colleges. Selected to go to the Ohio Cup by coaches as well as selected to serve on a traveling select soccer team. A starting forward position as an incoming freshman.
  • Varsity Track Sprinter in the 400 meter dash.
  • Cheerleading for the JV boys basketball team.
  • Dancing at A Step Ahead Dance Studio.
  • Human Interest Photography, Fashion and Modeling where I enjoy creating/drawing my own original designs and fashions.

Additional Interesting Information:

  • Two time National Track and Field Junior Olympic qualifier where I represented the region in Miami, Florida and Baltimore, Maryland as a 400 meter sprinter.
  • First-ever Miss Butler County Outstanding Teen.
  • Key-Note Graduation Speaker at my 6th grade of 130 students and 8th grade of 455 students where I was selected by the principals and teachers.

My smile, because it shows that I am a loving, giving, open person that cares about others. People can easily tell by my smile that I enjoy making others happy.
