Visual Alchemist: Brand + Design Wizardry

Overview: A visual storyteller. A strategic designer. A cultural curator with taste and talent. You make clean, high-impact, scroll-stopping graphics that feel like the future while honoring legacy. Your designs should feel like they belong on Beyoncé’s tour visuals, a Forbes cover, and a beauty campaign, all at once.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Translating our brand message into visual masterpieces (decks, social graphics, one-sheets, event visuals)

  • Elevating every visual touchpoint to match the excellence we stand for

  • Collaborating with our creative leads (Chief Visionary Officer, Executive Maestro, Brand Impact Producers)

  • Keeping brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries

  • Designing in Canva, Gamma, or Adobe (we love a multi-platform wizard)

YOU'RE IDEAL IF YOU:

  • Have experience designing for beauty, fashion, culture, or purpose-driven brands

  • Create clean, bold, intentional designs with strong storytelling impact

  • Stay two steps ahead on trends and aesthetics

  • Know how to work independently and receive visionary direction

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

  • Can design digital decks that drop jaws

  • Can pitch fresh design ideas that align with our mission

  • Are obsessed with layout, color, and mood

Your Role: Organizational Architect

  • You keep the DreamLab dreamy.

  • You don’t lead the team — you keep the team lifted.

What You’ll Handle:

  • Inbox and admin management

  • Calendar & scheduling coordination

  • Digital file/folder organization

  • Internal task tracking & team reminders

  • Cleaning up communication trails and closing loops

  • Being the “I already handled that” queen

What You Won’t Handle:

  • Project management (we have an Executive Maestro for that)

  • Creative direction or deliverables

  • Strategy or launch plans

  • Team wrangling

You are the structure, not the stage manager.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Know Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack, Notion

  • Have supported a founder or high-level team before

  • Work fast, with grace and good vibes

  • Can anticipate what needs to happen before anyone says it
